今月無料のハロウィンイベントを行います。予約は早めに！詳しくはお電話で！

This year, at Spark, we will be doing free a Halloween event for children!

Included in the Halloween event is a craft, Halloween themed games and activities and trick or treating! Call to make a reservation!

Now for some background information about Halloween.

I have heard many people explain the "trick or treat" as お菓子をもらえないといたずらするよ. To be honest, I've never heard of that explanation before having lived in America for over 20 years. That may have been the orginal meaning, but nowadays that phrase carries close to no meaning, but just a phrase to say when you ask for candy on Halloween.

So the next time, some asks you why do people say "trick or treat", you can explain that nowadays, it is just what children say to get candy on Halloween.

Happy Halloween!
