As the short but sweet cherry blossom season comes to an end, many students begin their preparations for the new school year. Parents of young children and the children themselves understand how much preparation is needed before the start of school every year.

Young adults who have finished their degrees will be starting a new chapter in their lives, venturing into the unknown world of work. They too, have made their preparations.

How about for the rest of us? What is April to us? If you ask me, I think April is a great starting time for those who want to improve their speaking, listening, or reading skills even further. Watch that extra drama today and shadow the conversations. Or listen to a song on YouTube and sing along. Plop down and finally start reading that English book, you've been putting off! These are just a few of the things we can all do.

Although we may not be in school any longer, always remember that Learning is a Lifelong Process.
