1. Convenience stores are amazing.
Many visitors are surprised that convenience stores sell fresh meals, coffee, concert tickets, and even allow people to pay bills.
コンビニはとても便利です。

多くの外国人は、コンビニで温かい食事やコーヒー、コンサートのチケットを買ったり、公共料金を支払ったりできることに驚きます。

2. Trains are very quiet.
People usually don't talk loudly on trains. Many foreigners are surprised by how peaceful public transportation is.
電車はとても静かです。
電車の中では大きな声で話す人が少なく、とても静かなので、多くの外国人が驚きます。

3. There are vending machines everywhere.
Japan has vending machines on streets, in parks, and even in the countryside. They sell much more than just drinks.
自動販売機がどこにでもあります。

In many countries, young children are driven to school. In Japan, children often walk or take the train alone.

8. Restaurants use realistic food models.
Many restaurants display plastic food outside, making it easy to choose a meal even if you don't read Japanese.

10. People follow rules carefully.
Visitors often notice people lining up neatly, waiting for traffic lights, and separating their garbage carefully.
日本人はルールをよく守ります。
きちんと列に並んだり、信号を守ったり、ごみを分別したりすることに、多くの外国人が感心します。
