Hello everyone!
Welcome back to another Teacher'sコーナー!
In the past few years, we hear "Black Friday" quite often, but what is it? Where does it come from? What do you do on Black Friday?
Black Friday is from America. It is the third Friday of November after the American holiday, Thankgiving. On Black Friday, many businesses have their biggest sales and often open extra early. During this sale, people usually do their last Christmas shopping before the major holidays in December. Many people often start lining up hours before or sometimes the night before just for a chance to get a good deal.
Usually there is chaos and sometimes there are injuries because of the rush to get into the store. If you can get your hands on some items, they are usually discounted at 50% or more! How about Black Friday in Japan? Have you ever been to a Black Friday sale? How was it? What did you buy?
See you all next time!
