Hello everone!

This week I'd like to talk about my homestate. Wisconsin is known for producing the most cheese in the United States. It is also known for beer and brats too.

Today, let me show you what Wisconsinites really like to eat! In the summer, at festivals you can often find cheese curds, which are squeaky little pieces of cheese. They can be eaten fresh as is or they can be be breaded and deepfried. If you happen to miss the festivals, cheese curds are so popular you can find them at the grocery stores and at gas stations everywhere.

Because we like cheese so much, we're often called "Cheeseheads".
